Pizza del Giorno – Very thin whole wheat crust brushed with cilantro pesto then topped with homemade mozzarella cheese, roasted garlic, grilled portobello mushrooms, bell peppers, artichoke hearts and grape tomatoes. Garnished with sun-dried tomato pesto, pine nuts and parmigiana cheese.

Insalata del Giorno – Large salad of mesclun greens tossed with treviso, purple new potatoes, red onions, watermelon radish, cucumbers, beets, tomatoes and jicama in a Jaimacan jerk seasoned Caesar dressing.

Manicotti del Giorno – Four homemade pasta tubes filled with herbed ricotta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted garlic, and grilled chicken. Topped with mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce and baked.

Pesce del Giorno РFresh filet of Yellow Fin Tuna grilled and served with saut̩ed vegetables and a tomato, caper and onion relish.

Pasta del Giorno – Homemade Porccini mushroom filled tortolone tossed with Portobello mushrooms, spinach, and dried cranberries in a Porccini mushroom and red wine cream sauce.
