Spring Wine Events 2009!
Join us Wednesday, April 29th at 7:00 p.m. for a five-course meal featuring pairings of Grenache varietal wines!
The menu will feature: Grilled seafood Bruschetta with a balsamic vinegar glace.
Roasted beet salad with grilled goat cheese, Belgian endive and toasted cashews tossed in a fresh chive and Dijon mustard dressing.
Smoked Norwegian salmon and new potato cream soup with chopped kalamata olive "caviar" garnish.
Pistachio encrusted Mahi Mahi served over sauteed spinach with a wild mushroom and polenta fritter.
Double chocolate Tartufo with raspberry sauce.
Each course will be paired with a Grenache varietal wine presented by Toni Tischler of Stoller Wines and Spirits.
Reservations are required for this event.
The cost is $50.00 per person.
